From the South:
From Inverness take A9 north to Tore roundabout. Take the second exit on to the A835 signposted Ullapool. Follow this road for approximately 1 mile. Turn left at the signpost for Mulbuie. Follow this single track road for 500m and we are the 4th turning on the right.
From the North:
Follow the A9 south towards Inverness to Tore roundabout. Take the fourth exit on to the A835 signposted Ullapool. Follow this road for approximately 1 mile. Turn left at the signpost for Mulbuie. Follow this single track road for 500m and we are the 4th turning on the right.
From the West:
Follow the A835 towards Dingwall and Inverness to the Maryburgh roundabout. Take the second exit heading towards Inverness. Follow this road for approximately 3 miles (up on the top of the hill). Turn right at the signpost for Mulbuie. Follow this single track road for 500m and we are the 4th turning on the right.

We spent a fantastic week at Kintail House. Thanks to our lovely host who made our stay for special. The house is beautiful and very comfortable and the views from the house are spectacular. We will definitely be returning as there is so much to see and do in the area, we couldn’t cover in in one week!
